Pre-Registrations are now closed. You can still book at the venue on the weekend of the show - please bring trade id with you, such as student card, copy of diploma, qualifications etc.  Limited seminar tickets can also be ordered on the day - cash only.

Rachel Mouritsen - NailPro Cup winner to attend NZ Beauty Expo

Rachel Mouritsen, International Director of Education for American based INM (International Nail Manufacturers) will be working on the Nails Plus stand at the NZ Beauty Expo in August.

Rachel is famously known for winning the most prestigious Nailpro Cup in 2007. The intensive Nailpro competition involves competing monthly across America against ten of America's top veteran class technicians. Since Rachel's win in December 2007, she has dedicated her time to traveling around the World sharing her expertise through training new competitors, judging high profile competitions as well as training INM Educators.

You can see Rachel and her NZ team at the Nails Plus stand during Expo weekend, and also her stage demo between 10:30 and 11am on Sunday.

Following the Expo, technicians will have the chance to work with Rachel in a class setting learning how to create beautiful pink and whites and advanced nail art designs with INM's Odourless Acrylic System.

Viv Simmonds, NZ Nail Academy, Nfu-Oh

Viv Simmonds, International educator from Nfu-Oh Nail Creations Australia will be joining NZ Nail Academy & Nfu-Oh Nail Creation NZ at this year's NZ Beauty Expo.  Viv will be demonstrating some of the most stunning 3D nail art designs throughout the weekend.  Don't miss her Stage Demo on Sunday between 1.00 - 1.25pm.  Viv along with NZ Nail Academy will also be running a two day advanced Nfu-Oh 3D Sculptured Nail Art course the two days following the expo.

    

Viv has been a nail artist for over 18 yrs.  She held the Australian Champion Title for 4 yrs consecutively and has over 35 trophies for Nail Artistry Competitions. She has recently tapped into the International Competition Circuit and has achieved many awards in the United States, Malaysia and Singapore. Her work has been featured on the cover of the International Nail Magazine - Nailpro in both 2007 & 2008.

Dr Michael Martin-Pugliese Seminar

Dr Michael Martin-Pugliese, of Pennsylvania, USA will be making a presentation on the latest developments in skin science, formulating and skin dermatology, concluding by answering questions on education, training and new industry developments.

Michael lectures at a number of the large trade shows in the USA. He is grandson of eminent skin researcher Dr Peter T. Pugliese who is one of the original 'godfathers' of the skin care industry in the USA. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear from one of the industry's up and coming leaders who has a fresh perspective on what the industry holds for the future.
