Trudy Fleming               'SUN + LASER or IPL = DISASTER!'

12.00 am - 1.00 pm $55.00 (Students $45)

We are all aware that skin colour is an issue when treating people with laser or IPL devices as light is easily absorbed into darker skin and can cause hyper or hypo-pigmentation. Skin needs to be carefully assessed for not only natural colour but even more importantly for extra colour as in tan. Too many laser and IPL operators [and their clients] are blasé and don’t think enough about incidental sun exposure prior to treatments.

Trudy Fleming is an electrologist of over 36 years and has been using lasers and IPL for more than 10 years. She has received laser/IPL training in the USA, Denmark, UK as well as Australia from accredited school courses. Her school, Fleming Institute of Aesthetic Technology, is a Registered Training Organisation based in Melbourne that specialises in Laser and IPL training.
